#DrugstoreWeek Day 3: Everyday Face

Hello there Stars! I hope you enjoyed the first two videos of my #DrugstoreWeek, because I've got a few more coming to ya!  This was Day 3, which was an everyday face tutorial. After filming video 5 for this series, I've changed my set up a bit so you can see what I'm doing a bit better in my tutorials. This video is a nice soft look for everyday- work, going out to run errands (when you want makeup for that), and simple things like that.  I will show you in another video a more glamorous look for nights out and things like that.  It would really mean a lot if you, my amazing subsribers and readers, would check out my channel EmmaDelfosseMUA or use this link to be taken to my channel: http://bit.ly/1uzJkQm .  I hope you enjoy, and comment down below with some of your favorite videos to see or your favorite drugstore products! XOXO

Here is my first installment in my #DrugstoreWeek series which was a Drugstore Haul.  After this I had to restart my No/Low Buy but it had already been broken anyway, so instead of giving up, I'm restarting it but keeping the same end date of June 28.  I hope you enjoy this video and if  you do go to my YouTube Channel (emmadelfosseMUA) and subscribe and you won't miss a beat of Drugstore Week or Makeup MAYhem which starts soon!  Don't forget: Be Bold, Be Beautiful, Be You.  XOXO

Garnier Blackhead Clearing Scrub

This is a new product made by Garnier and it hit the shelves a few months back.  The thing that makes this scrub unique is that it has charcoal in it to help draw out the black heads and the salicylic acid helps to treat acne.  I use this scrub once a week because my skin is sensitive to really abrasive scrubs, such as this one.  I DO NOT use this with my Olay Pro X cleaning brush because I think the two exfoliating elements together would be too much for my skin to handle.  I have seen a good difference from when  I first posted about this, in my skin and the amount of black heads that I get.  I have skin that is very prone to blackheads, especially on my nose, so I was willing to try anything to help them go away.  Since my first post about this product I've had the proper time to road test it and give it a fully formulated opinion.  While there is not miracle to getting rid of blackheads sigh you can use products to help treat them and I think that this is one your should definitely have in your arsenal.

Rimmel Extra WOW Lash Mascara

Rimmel is, by far, one of my favorite make up brands and they never seem to disappoint me.  I picked this up the other day at the drugstore because it was on sale and I needed a new mascara for my bag.  It's a nice mascara but I'm not too sure about the WOW factor.  The Scandaleyes mascara line definitely makes my lashes look much longer and more curled than this does BUT with that being said, I wouldn't immediately throw this out.  It is good for a nice little lift, and a subtle defined lash- great for the day.  The bottle is simple and streamlined, which means it goes great in my back pack and I can quickly coat it on while I'm on my way to class.  One thing I really do like about this is that I really like how it looks on my bottom lashes.  It doesn't make them look too defined and they don't disappear like they always do.  It gives them a 'we're here, but not in your face' kind of way.  So while I don't know if I would purchase right away again, I would suggest you give this product a try for a travel bag or if you're an on the go student who needs a quick lift in between classes.
